Tattoo removal treatment uses intense pulses of light that are precisely targeted to the tattoo pigmentation on the skin. It degrades the ink molecules. The ink is then naturally absorbed into your body by your immune system without harming the surrounding tissue before being expelled.
Your tattoo will appear to be covered in a white residue known as “frosting” after your first session. The frosting is created by microscopic gas bubbles rising to the surface, allowing tattoo pigments to be broken down. After that, your skin is allowed to heal for up to 4-6 weeks until your next session.
The length of each treatment is determined on the size of the tattoo. A small 1×1 inch tattoo requires no more than a 20-minute session. Larger tattoos are treated in stages over several months, with many treatments lasting an hour or more, costs vary from £25 and £180, depending on the package chosen, the area treated, the size of the area, and the number of sessions required. Higher volume sessions purchased as part of a package are usually significantly more cost-effective.

You can share any concerns you have during your consultation, and you will be given a sensitivity patch test to detect whether you are a good candidate for tattoo removal.
Proactive Care:
48 hours following the sensitivity patch test and there is no reaction, contact the clinic to arrange your appointment and pay your £50 deposit (full amount for any treatment less than £50). This is then applied to the cost of the treatment. The remaining sum is due upon completion of the treatment. After 48 hours, you can begin your first tattoo removal session.
Aftercare Treatment following laser tattoo removal
For the first 48 hours, you must shield the area with a gauze and keep it dry. Sun exposure should be avoided as it can induce pigmentation changes between treatments.
